Greg Jerralds- Chief Operating Officer of Profit InnerCircle, LLC. Greg has more than 20 years of customer service/contact center leadership experience.

He began his career as a mortgage banker in 1984. Since, Greg has held various positions in management with such organizations as BancPLUS Mortgage Corp., Citibank, Caremark Pharmaceuticals, Coventry Health Care, Checks in the Mail, and Kinetic Concepts Inc. (NYSE:KCI).

Greg is the author of The Leader’s Guide to Performance Management: Building Organizational Excellence One Employee at a Time and co-author of the international book, The Best Kept Profit Secret: The Executive’s Guide to Transforming a Cost Center Into a Profit Center.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/International Management. He also completed Executive Leadership courses at the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business. Greg is the former President-elect of the Professional Teleservice Management Association (PTMA), and a Continuing Education Workforce Instructor with Northwest Vista College, San Antonio, Texas.

Declan Flood- Chief Executive of the Irish Institute of Credit. The Irish Credit Management Training was set up in 2002 by Declan to increase the level of Credit Management knowledge and the professional standing of Credit in Irish business. He has over 20 years of hands-on Credit experience in Credit Control and Credit Management with Unilever, Green Isle Foods and IAWS Group. Luis Eduardo Perez- Luis is an international speaker and consulting specialist on Profit Centered Credit and A/R management and is the founder and CEO of ICM, a Mexico City based training and consulting firm dedicated to providing services and support to business credit professionals.

Luis Eduardo is the author of “Debt Collection Strategies” and co-author of the international book, The Best Kept Profit Secret: The Executive’s Guide to Transforming a Cost Center Into a Profit Center. He is also a delegate member of ACA International (Holder of the MCE certification and Master Credit Executive).

Simon Groves- Contributing Editor of the international book, The Best Kept Profit Secret: The Executive’s Guide to Transforming a Cost Center Into a Profit Center. Simon is an  experiential Marketing Manager for Atradius, the leading global credit management company. Simon’s career in credit management began 25 years ago, and his aim has always been to make the often unnecessarily complicated world of credit and debt management accessible and readily understandable.

To that end, he’s been instrumental in producing many of Atradius’ business-focused publications and events – including those featuring his friend and mentor Abe WalkingBear Sanchez.  He’s also represented Atradius at many leading credit management conferences, in finance industry publications and on CNN Global Business News.

To Simon, good communication lies in understanding the power of words – and of metaphor.  It was WalkingBear who told him ‘Words are magic – they paint pictures in people’s minds’ and that’s a lesson that has stayed with him ever since.

When he’s not beavering away for Atradius, Simon’s first love is his family – his lovely wife Sue and three equally lovely daughters Zoe, Kirsty and Nicola.  And his second love is his rock band Roosvelt for which he provides the steady backbeat from behind his exceptionally loud drums.
